    Position: Building and Grounds Substitutes - Cleaners (Position Number 2425-3068)

     

    Start Date: As needed

    We strongly welcome candidates with the following qualifications:

    2nd Shift Night Cleaners:

    + Must be able to perform and be knowledgeable in the upkeep of building, furniture and fixtures such as:

    + Sweeping, dusting, mopping, polishing halls, stairs and entries;

    + Dusting, polishing, washing furniture, walls, lavatory facilities;

    + Vacuuming carpets and furniture;

    + Securing windows and offices;

    + Operating floor care machines.

    + Have ability to understand/follow simple oral/written directions.

    + Be thorough, dependable, and in good physical condition.

    + Show initiative/imagination/willingness to perform janitorial tasks.

     

    Salary: As per the current CCMA Contract - (Cleaners/Custodians & Maintenance Association)
