The Civil Case Processor is responsible for managing the administrative aspects of civil cases within the court system. This role involves filing legal documents, processing case initiation paperwork, and maintaining accurate case files. The processor will ensure compliance with court rules and procedures, manage deadlines, and assist attorneys and the public with inquiries regarding civil cases. Additionally, the Civil Case Processor will handle scheduling for hearings, maintain the civil calendar, and provide clerical support to judges and court personnel as needed.
Requirements
Qualified candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, with a minimum of one year of experience in a legal or clerical role is required. Applicants must demonstrate strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality.
