    Your Key Responsibilities

    + Ensure timely generation of quotations in line with predetermined goals.

    + Regularly oversee customer contract management to uphold target margins, ensuring prompt entry and processing of approved contract pricing.

    + Sustain the quotation tracking system while conducting analysis on lost orders for further insight.

    + Advocate for enhancements in Sales and Marketing Operations to boost functionality.

    + Enhance and uphold internal systems relevant to pricing processes and their distribution.

    + Steer the coordination of daily operational responsibilities with precision.

    + Report and escalate issues to the Manager for resolution.

    Your Qualifications

    Required:

    + Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in pricing or related field

    + Exceptional analytical and organizational abilities

    + Proficient communication expertise

    + Advanced computer proficiency

    + Skilled in managing multiple tasks and adept at prioritizing them efficiently

    + Meticulous attention to detail

    + Exhibits a positive attitude both individually and as a team member

    + Knowledgeable in quality processes and root cause analysis

    + External applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment visa or other sponsorship
