As a **Technical Coordinator** , you will be responsible for assisting Production Manager, Process Engineer, and Improve Equipment Reliability in recognizing, evaluating, correcting and preventing process and equipment related deviations. To fill role of Maintenance gatekeeper, with building Operators and Production Supervisors, to facilitate and coordinate the maintenance work necessary to be done in the production department (both preventative and unplanned maintenance). To ensure the reliability of data used in asset utilization for losses of hours due to technical problems.

Responsibilities:

+ Within area of specialization, supports the integrity and improvement of the process.

+ Serves as technical resource to the process for equipment availability planning and systems integrity.

+ Troubleshoot expertise to resolve process problems.

+ Maintains equipment and maintenance documentation such as Preventative Maintenance documents, Work order history, equipment information and part number information.

+ Evaluates equipment efficiencies and formulates proposals for modifications or new installations.

+ Develops a schedule to ensure maintenance / preventative maintenance activities occur in an optimal manner.

You bring:

+ High School Diploma or 5 or more years of equivalent experience in manufacturing.

+ Strong knowledge in Process Safety and Occupational Safety requirements such as mechanical integrity best practices and protective equipment best practices.

+ Knowledge of SAP

+ Knowledge of asset care practices and work processes such as weekly coordination meetings, PMs and PDMs.

+ General knowledge of chemistry and/or engineering and/or and biology

+ Knowledge in electricity, automation and mechanical fields
