THE ROLE
This position assists in supervising and performs a multitude of physical tasks in setting up and breaking down of the North Charleston Coliseum, Convention and Performing Arts Centers (the Facilities), as needed. This position also performs some administrative tasks including scheduling, training, and annual performance reviews.
ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Works with the Changeover Manager and staff to set up and break down events.
+ Hiring, Scheduling, and training of full-time and part-time labor.
+ Distribute changeover supplies, uniforms, and equipment, and confirm the return of said supplies when applicable.
+ Represent the Changeover Manager in their absence.
+ Assist in preparation of annual budget
+ Assist in the application and tracking of purchase orders pertaining to Changeover.
+ Order, maintain, and restock inventory of equipment and tools.
+ Coordinate daily schedules with event staff concerning future events.
+ Document disciplinary procedures when necessary (verbal, written, and final).
+ Survey equipment before and after events for damage or disrepair and report, as necessary.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends & ASM policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma / GED
(2) years experience preferred
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
+ Time / Schedule Management
+ Basic knowledge and ability to use general tools
+ Proficiency in Outlook (Email), Word, and Excel
+ Communication skills
+ Ability to efficiently train and manage employees
+ Must be able to lift 20lb
+ Must be able to keep track of and complete multiple tasks.
