    Title: IT Support & Network Administrator

     

    Reports To: Controller

    Job Purpose:

    + Provide onsite maintenance, network, and IT support at St. Louis Location.Not a remote position.

    Key Responsibilities:

    IT Help Desk Services:

    + Deliver training and technical guidance to users with diverse levels of IT proficiency.

    + Set up, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.

    + Prepare, assemble, and manage workstations, servers, and peripherals.

    + Supervise and maintain computer systems, servers, and network environments.

    + Assess, evaluate, and test new technology; propose enhancements or upgrades.

    + Facilitate audio-visual setups, video recordings, and related support tasks as needed.

    Network Management:

    + Manage and troubleshoot iPhones, iPads, and oversee mobile voice/data plan usage reporting.

    + Oversee printer supplies, schedule maintenance, and arrange service calls as necessary.

    + Administer user accounts, email configurations, and security protocols via Active Directory and Exchange Servers.

    + Perform regular data backups and ensure system recovery capabilities.

    + Manage file servers and shared network storage, optimizing disk space utilization.

    + Contribute to the creation and management of the IT budget.

    + Coordinate relationships with external vendors and service providers.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Associate degree or technical certification in IT Support or a related field.

    + Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and internal client communication.

    + Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows 10 and 11 operating systems (2+ years).

    + Skilled in software application diagnostics and resolutions (2+ years).

    + Experience in assembling, configuring, and deploying computers (2+ years).

    + Expertise in managing Windows 2012 servers and Exchange environments (3+ years).

    + Familiarity with iOS devices and VoIP systems.

    + SharePoint knowledge is preferred.

    + Valid driver’s license required.

    + Demonstrated ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and maintain strong organizational skills.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

    + Ability to climb 7ft. ladder
