Are you a code-slinging problem-solver who thrives on teamwork and loves making an impact? We’re on the hunt for a **Golang/Software Engineer** who’s not just great with tech but also enjoys rolling up their sleeves and collaborating across teams to create amazing experiences for our users.

This isn't your typical "heads-down and zone-out" gig.We’re looking for someone who can jump into complex codebases, communicate clearly with teammates from all corners of the company, and help steer projects toward greatness.

What You’ll Be Up To:

+ Building, running, and improving high-performing, durable, and scalable software applications.

+ Working hand-in-hand with folks from product, design, QA, and beyond to bring top-tier features to life.

+ Tackling technical challenges as a leader, while keeping user experience front and center.

+ Adapting quickly, communicating clearly, and always pushing for better.

Who You Are:

+ A seasoned technical pro who loves writing solid code _and_ teaming up to solve real-world problems.

+ Fast to get familiar with new codebases and not afraid to ask questions.

+ A strong communicator who can work smoothly with external teams and internal stakeholders.

+ Someone who gets that collaboration is key if you're only looking to code solo, this role won’t be your jam.

Responsibilities:

+ Work with product and design teams to translate business objectives into technical requirements and implementation details.

+ Contribute to engineering standards and process refinements.

+ Support and troubleshoot issues with existing systems, including incident response.

+ Assist with platform operations, deployments, and code reviews.

+ Mentor and level up engineering team members.

+ Research new technologies, methodologies, and trends to continuously improve our engineering practices and services.

+ Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements** :

+ 3-5 years of experience in software development or application engineering

+ Superb verbal and electronic communication skills

+ Knowledge of software development methodologies and the tools that support them.

+ Experience with Golang

+ Familiarity with technical design and software engineering skills.

+ Experience with MySQL Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience in financial technology (FinTech).
