Help propel Family Medicine education and care at Swedish Cherry Hill Campus - one of the most innovative and technologically advanced medical facilities in the Pacific Northwest - as an Associate Program Director of Curriculum. This is a great opportunity to inspire an assortment of learners by mentoring and training residents to become future trail blazers in Family Medicine. The role includes serving a socioeconomically and culturally diverse patient population through inpatient and outpatient care. As part of the residency program’s leadership team, the Associate Program Director (APD) assists the Program Director and oversees the development, implementation and evaluation of the entire residency curriculum, in compliance with ACGME and ABFM requirements. Successful candidates are board certified in Family Medicine, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and should be able to work under time constraints and pressure while being flexible. * Compensation is between $248,777 and $326,760 per year
* The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them

Swedish Medical Center’s Cherry Hill campus in the historic Central District houses James Tower, Seattle's first hospital, established in 1877 by the Sisters of Providence. Today, the campus is known as one of the most modern and technologically advanced medical facilities in the region. After a $100 million, state-of-the-art construction and renovation, the campus now includes neurosurgery and cardiovascular surgery operating rooms and interventional suites that are among the most advanced in the country.
