    At Five Star Breaktime Solutions, Processing Clerks play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of daily transaction logs for various departments. This is an active, on-your-feet role, that requires collecting sales receipts from vending route drivers, counting, comparing, and verifying totals against receipts or other documentation. Processing Clerks are responsible for noting any discrepancies or questionable transactions. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy.

    Responsibilities:

    + Maintain a high regard for customer service and employee relations.

    + Count, compare, and verify receipt totals against supporting records, such as transaction reports.

    + Manage and analyze data using spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).

    + Unload and collect daily sales receipts and other documentation from vending route drivers.

    + Maintain digital records and assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

    + Communicate discrepancies to the appropriate personnel for resolution.

    + Operate different automated machines during the work shift, including pallet jack and hand truck.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Strong math and money-handling skills.

    + Honesty, dependability, and reliability are a must.

    + Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers.

    + Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

    + Ability to stand, walk and remain active throughout the shift.

    Requirements:

    + High school diploma or GED.

    + Ability to lift 35lbs+ on a repetitive basis and reach, bend, stoop frequently.

    + Consent to a company drug screen and background check.

    + Ability to stand for up to an 8-hour shift.
