    GVI , a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Manager III.

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.

    + Utilize Agile Methodologies for software, hardware, system, or process development.

    + Develop cost estimates and executing program budgets.

    + Manage multiple Technical Instructions (TIs).

    Position Requirements:

    + Master’s level degree in one of the following disciplines: management, engineering, computer science, information systems or business.

    + Ten (10) years of professional experience in project management.

    + Five (5) or more years specialized experience performing work in each of the following areas:

    + Demonstrated experience managing projects of similar size, scope and complexity.

    + Demonstrated experience supporting Dept. of the Navy and/or Dept. of Defense programs.

    + Demonstrated experience developing cost estimates and executing program budgets

    + Demonstrated experience managing multiple Technical Instructions (TIs).

    + Demonstrated experience completing projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.

    + Demonstrated experience utilizing Agile Methodologies for software, hardware, system, or process development.

    + Demonstrated experience supporting US Navy shipboard and shore-based installation programs.

    + PMP Certification
