    Opportunity

     

    Our Kohler Waters Spa team at Burr Ridge offers more than 50 innovative spa services using the healing properties of Earth’s mineral-rich waters and provides an oasis of tranquility.

    Specific Responsibilities Include:

    + To provide the highest level of customer service set forth by the Kohler Waters Spas and Forbes

    + Meeting and greeting guests with professionalism

    + Cleanliness standards of all areas within the spa including treatment rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas

    + Upholding and maintain set uniform and grooming standards

    + Knowledge of spa services and amenities; including but no limited to Facials, Body

    + Treatments, Waxing, Bridal Makeup

    + Knowledge of emergency procedures

    + Providing the highest level of technical service and adherence to SOP’s

    + Meeting agreed upon retail sales goals by educating guests on at home care

    + Maintain continuing education criteria based on State of Illinois requirements

    + Adhering to policies put in place by Forbes, Kohler Waters Spa and Kohler Co.

     

    This is a part time position working between the hours of 12:00pm and 8:00pm, weekdays and weekends. Weekends are required.

    Skills/Requirements

    + State of Illinois Esthetician License Required

    + Must have 2+ years of experience

    + Self-motivated with strong written/verbal skills

    + Experience in Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion and HydraFacial is a plus

    + Strong organizational skills and computer skills required
