    _Note: The hourly rate for this position is $23 - $23 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.     Responsibilities:

    + Hours: 5x8's, Monday-Friday, 40+ hours

    + Perform general carpentry tasks including measuring, cutting, and assembling formwork

    + Hand digging and trenching as needed for footings or utilities

    + Assist with concrete placement, including pouring, leveling, and spreading

    + Support concrete finishing crew with tools, edging, jointing, and surface prep Load, unload, and move materials and tools around the job site

    + Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas

    + Follow safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times

    + Work closely with lead carpenters and crew to ensure timely completion of tasks

    + Perform other general labor duties as assigned by supervisors

    Qualifications:

    + Ability to read and follow basic construction drawings and measurements

    + Skilled in using hand and power tools safely and efficiently

    + Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials and work long hours outdoors

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

    + Basic knowledge of concrete forming and general carpentry practices

    + Ability to work well as part of a team and take direction from supervisors

    + Dependable, punctual, and committed to jobsite safety

    + Willingness to perform physically demanding and repetitive tasks

    + Positive attitude and strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment

    + Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day

    + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

    + Prior experience in the commercial field preferred

    + Prior experience using Hand tools, basic carpentry tools preferred

    + Position require a drug scree
