**Job Title:** Engineering Industrial Manager
Job Summary:
The Engineering Industrial Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the engineering and industrial operations of the company. This role involves coordinating engineering teams, optimizing production processes, ensuring quality standards, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. The manager will collaborate with different departments to innovate and enhance manufacturing operations, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and products within budget and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
+ **Leadership and Management:**
+ Lead and manage engineering and production teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
+ Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
+ Ensure alignment of engineering objectives with the overall business goals.
+ **Process Optimization:**
+ Assess and enhance production processes using lean manufacturing and other efficiency-enhancing methodologies.
+ Identify opportunities for improvement in manufacturing operations and implement solutions.
+ **Project Management:**
+ Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering and industrial projects.
+ Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
+ **Quality Assurance:**
+ Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure products meet or exceed quality standards.
+ Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
+ **Collaboration and Communication:**
+ Work closely with other departments, such as R&D, Sales, and Supply Chain, to drive innovation and efficiency.
+ Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparent progress reporting and issue resolution.
+ **Health and Safety:**
+ Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations.
+ Promote a safe working environment for all employees. **Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
+ Proven experience in engineering management or industrial operations.
+ Strong leadership and team management skills.
+ Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
+ Proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies.
+ Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality management systems.
+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills. **Preferred Skills:**
+ Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
+ Knowledge of technology and tools pertinent to industrial engineering.
+ Certifications related to project management or quality assurance (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma). **Working Conditions:**
+ Office and industrial plant environment.
