Primary Function

Due to continued demand of A. O. Smith Water Treatment products, we are looking forAssembly Operators (1st Shift).

As an Assembly Operator, you will be assisting in the manufacturing of water softeners which includes (but is not limited to):

+ Assembling small components

+ Assembling water softener tanks

+ Assembling water softener tank to cabinet

+ Testing water softener to meet specified standards

+ Lifting, pulling and reaching overhead at least 25+ pounds

Regularly Scheduled Hours:

1st Shift: Monday - Friday6:00am - 2:30pm, overtime on Saturday as required

Starting Hourly Rate of Pay:$18.75/hour (2nd shift premium: $0.50/hour, 3rd shift premium: $0.75/hour) with increases every 6 months in your first year of employment!

Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or GED required

+ Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required (on-the-job training available)
