    Description

    We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Human Resources Clerk in Clifton Park, New York. As a Human Resources Clerk, you will be participating in various HR operations and processes. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth HR functions in our organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate interviews for potential candidates, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including providing and reviewing necessary paperwork.

    • Keep track of new employee training progress and ensure they are properly oriented.

    • Administer various employee benefits such as Workers' Compensation, FMLA, Disability, and Paid Family Leave.

    • Collaborate with the HR Manager to assist in executing various HR projects.

    • Maintain regular communication with new hires during their onboarding process.

    • Ensure accurate and timely management of employee records and documentation.

    • Conduct background checks for potential employees as part of the recruitment process.

    • Deliver excellent customer service to all employees, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

    • Conduct regular audits to ensure all HR processes and documentation are compliant with company policies and regulations.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    Associates Degree in a Business-Related field or 2 or more years of office experience

     

    Ability to multi-task, manage projects, and meet deadlines

     

    Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

     

    Attention to details is a must
