Description

Robert Half's client is actively searching for a Public Relations Manager in Denver, Colorado. This role is primarily centered around the creation and execution of strategic media plans, building and maintaining relationships with various media outlets, and serving as a liaison between the organization and local Denver media. This opportunity offers a long term contract employment.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and nurture relationships with local journalists, producers, and newsrooms.

• Act as the main point of contact between our organization and Denver media outlets.

• Design and implement targeted media strategies to augment local coverage.

• Work closely with the internal communications team and external agency partners to ensure consistency and effectiveness of media strategies.

• Offer strategic advice on local media trends and opportunities for engagement.

• Ensure accurate and prompt responses to media inquiries and requests.

• Develop compelling pitches and stories for local journalists and producers.

• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, CRM, Facebook Insights, and Gmail to manage and track media outreach efforts.

• Plan and execute advertisement and brand awareness campaigns.

• Create and manage editorial content for various media outlets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Public Relations role or similar.

• Demonstrated ability to increase brand awareness.

• Experience in campaign planning and execution.

• Skills in creating and managing editorial content.

• Strong network with media outlets.

• Proven experience in media outreach.
