Description We are in search of a Marketing Manager to join our team in the Real Estate & Property industry based in Atlanta, Georgia. The role involves leading marketing initiatives, improving brand reputation, and supporting agents by creating marketing deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production of property marketing materials by coordinating with the marketing team.

• Implement strategies to enhance the brand voice and reputation across various platforms including social media and email marketing.

• Assist high-performing agents by developing marketing deliverables such as offering memorandums, flyers, and email marketing campaigns.

• Drive the enhancement of large property offering memorandums and listing presentations for firm-wide use.

• Promote the firm's success in marketing larger properties.

• Develop and implement methods to boost efficiency and productivity within the marketing department.

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing materials to agents and clients.

• Foster a positive relationship with sales brokers through effective communication and collaboration.

• Regularly report department initiatives to the senior leadership team. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the Real Estate & Property industry

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud for designing engaging marketing materials

• Experience with CRM systems for effective customer relationship management

• Knowledge of Facebook Insights to gauge social media performance

• Familiarity with Google AdWords for managing PPC advertising campaigns

• Proficiency in Google Analytics for tracking and analyzing website traffic

• Demonstrated experience in creating and managing advertisements across multiple platforms

• Proven track record in increasing brand awareness through innovative marketing strategies

• Experience in managing budget processes within a marketing context
