Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Accountant in the construction industry, located in Viera, Florida. In this role, you will be handling the financial records of our clients, and you will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial health of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and record company transactions including expenses, income, and payroll

• Develop and maintain a system for managing all financial transactions and financial records

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts

• Collaborate with financial auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance

• Interact with the internal team to gain a deep understanding of business operations and processes

• Maintain and manage general ledger accounts

• Conduct regular ledger maintenance

• Review the company's accounting information to identify and resolve inaccuracies or imbalances

• Utilize accounting IT system to facilitate processes and maintain records.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry.

• A comprehensive understanding and knowledge of General Ledger is required.
