    Overview

     

    The employee will coordinate and support all student related assessments and programs during the clinical years (years three and four) not directly related to their clinical rotations.

    Responsibilities

    + Coordinate NBOME COMAT exams and post scores

    + Coordinate NBOME Level 2 Board examination preparation including: scheduling of COMBANK assessments, scheduling of COMSAE assessments, providing exam approvals, coordinating remediation efforts

    + Assist in coordination and follow up of off-cycle students not currently on rotations

    + Liaison with TouroCOM Learning Specialist to support students as needed

    + Assign and track all required Aquifer course assignments for all clinical students

    + Report all COMAT and Aquifer requirements for grade submission

    + Distribute and track student Interprofessional Education requirements

    + All other clerical tasks as assigned

    Qualifications

    Education/Experience

    + Bachelor’s Degree preferred

    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    + Well organized and effective time management

    + Ability to work independently or as a team

    + Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities within a fast-paced environment

    + Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

    + Ability to maintain confidentiality

    + Ability to operate standard office technology (fax, scanner, multi-line phone)
