    Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator in GREELEY, Colorado, United States. The role involves providing excellent customer service support and assisting in the growth and maintenance of our membership program in a non-profit setting.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prioritize and manage member correspondence, including calls, emails, and cards, to maintain excellent member relations.

    • Develop and implement strategies to retain monthly donors, including transitioning donors from Credit Card to ACH.

    • Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of the database in the organization's fundraising CRMs, specifically Raiser’s Edge and other related CRM plugins.

    • Proactively manage the EFT and Credit Card decline process, including sending email notifications, text messages, and making follow-up calls.

    • Process sustaining and one-time gifts in Raisers Edge and commit gifts into Raisers Edge daily.

    • Coordinate donor acknowledgements and other mailings, including weekly and monthly donor acknowledgement letters for donors, vehicle donations, and matching gift donations.

    • Maintain accurate records of matching gift donor and employee relationships in Raiser’s Edge.

    • Support the membership team during on-air fundraising drives.

    • Prepare data worksheets containing Leadership Circle acknowledgement recipients for Relationship Manager.

    • Oversee the processing of matching gift and payroll deductions.

    • Understand and articulate the mission of the organization to donors and the general public. Requirements

    • Proficiency in CRM software, specifically knowledge of Blackbaud Raiser's Edge.

    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective team collaboration and external communication.

    • Previous experience in an administrative role within the non-profit sector.

    • Competency in data entry with a keen attention to detail.

    • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently.

    • Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and maintain workflow.

    • Familiarity with standard office equipment and software including Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

    • A commitment to the values and mission of the non-profit sector.
