    Clinician - All Ages - Lynnfield Outpatient

     

    Come work for Riverside in our Behavioral Health Services division! In this vital role, the Clinician - All Ages will provide direct clinical assessment and clinical intervention for child, adolescent, and adults of the program.

    In addition, the Clinician will:

    + Conduct diagnostic evaluations, including developing treatment plan and goals in collaboration with the consumer.

    + Collaborate with treatment team and other providers to establish treatment plan and disposition.

    + Provide direct therapeutic intervention.

    + Maintain regular communication with treatment team and collateral providers/case managers as necessary. This may include attending planning or case management meetings regarding consumers.

    + Provides crisis management for clients on caseload and other outpatient center clients as necessary.

     

    Schedule: Full time, 40 hours

     

    Payrate

     

    + Unlicensed Clinician - $61,800.12/salaried

    + Independent Licensure - $64,890.17/salaried

    Required Skills

    + Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

    + Must be able to work as a member of a team and to function independently

    + Enthusiasm to learn and integrate technology into the work environment, including providing therapy via video conferencing

    Required Experience

    + Masters Degree in Social Work or Counseling; PH.D.; Ed.D. or PsyD preferred

    + One year of experience specific to the clinician’s training and expertise

    + Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) certified

    + Must meet all requirements to leading to an active professional license in the individual’s professional discipline, including, but not limited to, continuing education, ethical requirements, etc.
