• Logistics Coordinator (Manufacturing)

    Join a global leader in advanced materials manufacturing! We’re seeking a **Logistics Coordinator** to optimize and enhance logistics operations across domestic, international, and intercompany channels. This is a high-impact role for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with deep international trade experience and strong regulatory knowledge.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Manage and coordinate the company’s logistics operations to ensure timely, cost-effective movement of goods.

    + Lead strategy development and process improvements for all modes of transportation (LTL, FTL, LCL, FCL).

    + Analyze transportation and customs regulations to maintain accurate ERP and shipping documentation.

    + Collaborate with internal departments (Purchasing, Manufacturing, Customer Service) and external providers (3PLs, brokers, forwarders).

    + Handle tariff classifications, HTS code rulings, and ensure compliance with global trade regulations, including AES/EEI filings and incoterms.

    + Oversee forecasting, sourcing, and vendor negotiations for global shipments.

    + Maintain and audit logistics records, NMFC codes, certificates of origin, and other export/import documentation.

    + Advise on Harmonized Tariff Code (HTC) determinations and maintain the company’s global classification database.

    Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

    + Minimum **5 years of hands-on experience** in international logistics and compliance (Ocean & Air Imports/Exports).

    + Strong knowledge of **HTS classification** , **Incoterms** , **Dangerous Goods (DG)** , **NMFC codes** , and **AES/EEI filing** .

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

    + Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

    + Proven ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.
