• Sr Accountant/Financial Analyst

    Are you a detail-driven financial professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? A well-established and mission-driven organization is seeking a **Senior Accountant / Financial Analyst** to join its dynamic Financial Reporting & Projects team.

     

    This is an opportunity to step into a critical role supporting financial reporting, analysis, tax provision coordination, and special projects—while also mentoring junior team members and contributing to strategic initiatives.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

    + Lead or assist in filing regulatory reports (including NAIC Quarterly and Annual Statements).

    + Prepare and review complex account reconciliations and journal entries.

    + Support federal and foreign income tax provision calculations and deferred tax analysis.

    + Oversee elements of the general expense management program, including budgeting and allocations.

    + Identify operational and financial metrics to drive performance insights and cost-saving strategies.

    + Supervise 1–2 staff accountants and support cross-training within the team.

    + Partner with internal leadership and external auditors on key initiatives.

    + Contribute to accounting system and process improvement projects.

    What You Bring:

    + Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

    + Experience working in Public Accounting in an Audit capacity

    **Pay Details:** $75,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
