Qualifications

+ **Doctorate in Medicine (MD or DO)**

+ **Licensed to practice in the state of Texas** by the Texas Medical Board

+ **Board-certified or actively pursuing board certification** in Family Medicine (American Board of Medical Specialties or Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists)
