Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient Primary Care team in Horseshoe Bay, TX. About the Role

As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide comprehensive care for adult patients, managing acute and chronic conditions, and emphasizing preventive care. You will be an integral part of a well-established practice within our award-winning healthcare system, working alongside specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for your patients.

Key Responsibilities

+ Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to adult patients in an outpatient setting.

+ Manage a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions.

+ Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals as needed.

+ Maintain accurate documentation of patient encounters in accordance with system protocols.

+ Stay up-to-date with medical advancements and incorporate evidence-based practices into patient care.

+ Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

+ Doctorate in Medicine (MD or DO)

+ Licensed to practice in Texas (or eligible for licensure)

+ Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine

+ Commitment to quality care and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team
