Job Purpose & Scope
Provides Treasury Management solutions to customers by providing a high level of service, sales and/or support. Performs seamless service and onboarding related actions for all Treasury Management products and services. Serves customers with more complex solution needs.
Essential Job Functions
+ Provides Implementation and Customer Service support to clients referred by branches and business partners.
+ Drives proactive sales conversations through outbound interactions including outbound calling to referrals, appointment setting, and existing clients.
+ Provides new client onboarding experience for clients with two or less products in their treasury management relationship. This experience includes creating documentation, including risk and billing documents, obtaining appropriate approvals, documentation execution, implementing new services, training, and providing client satisfaction throughout the process.
+ Engages with clients who have mid-to high complex solution needs.
+ Provides assistant to others with questions or escalation calls.
+ Utilizes sales tools (i.e. GoZK, etc.) and other customer resources and information to foster relationship building conversations with customers and ensure a consistent approach to expanding existing relationships.
+ Provides support to the TM Sales, TM Operations, TM Implementation and TM Client Support teams and all treasury clients and business partners.
+ Creates tickets and focuses on the timely and accurate completion of implementation and maintenance tickets for customers they are assisting.
+ Provides ongoing support to customers regarding Treasury Management products and services including opening new services, performing maintenance request, assisting clients with self-administration training, and maintaining flexibility between service and sales functions.
+ Orders necessary equipment and supplies as requested for clients.
+ Leads effective training sessions for treasury clients and business partners.
+ Researches product information in response to client and business partner inquiries.
+ Verifies the work of others through dual control processes in the implementation and maintenance procedures.
+ Ensures compliance with all security procedures associated with the work product.
+ Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work.
+ Follows Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines.
+ Performs other job responsibilities as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
+ Sound knowledge of current Bank policies and procedures, as well as Federal and State laws and regulations.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time and perform well under pressure created by high-risk functions associated with daily deadlines, high transaction volumes and large transaction amounts.
+ Ability to organize work and maintain attention to detail.
+ Ability to develop and maintain positive and effective working relationships with others.
+ Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
+ Ability to demonstrate considerable responsibility with regard to general assignments in planning time, method manner, and/or sequence of performance of own work.
+ Ability to demonstrate and execute leadership skills.
+ Ability to demonstrate sound judgment when decision-making and problem solving.
+ Ability to demonstrate flexibility to meet the needs of a rapidly changing working environment.
+ Skilled in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Basic Qualifications
+ High school diploma required; Bachelor degree or commensurate education and experience preferred.
+ Minimum of two (2) years of related work experience in bank operations and/or treasury functions required.
+ Minimum of one (1) year customer service or sales experience required.
+ Minimum of one (1) year of work experience with computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel required.
