Epic Practice Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Epic Practice and Advisory Leader to help deploy and establish a high-performing Epic team for our client.
Key Responsibilities:
+ **Leadership & Team Building:** Lead the recruitment, training, and management of a diverse Epic team. Foster a collaborative, high-performing environment and mentor team members to enhance their skills.
+ **Strategic Planning & Advisory:** Provide expert advice to key stakeholders on best practices and industry standards related to Epic deployments. Define and execute strategic plans to ensure successful Epic implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
+ **Practice Strategy & Design:** Shape the Epic practice service lines (staff augmentation, go-live support, training, optimization), define go-to-market messaging and initial client value propositions, provide input on pricing, delivery models, and staffing ratios
+ **Client & Market Validation:** Advise on conversations with CIOs, CMIOs, and Epic stakeholders at health systems, identify key Epic modules and roles in demand, contribute to early-stage proposals or presentations for clients
+ **Talent Strategy:** recommend Epic certification paths and staffing plan structure, support design of the Epic Talent Academy to upskill junior staff, advise on contractor vs. FTE mix and sourcing strategy
+ **Delivery & Operations:** Help define delivery playbooks, onboarding procedures, and client success metrics, optionally serve as interim engagement advisor or solution architect for pilot project
Required Skills:
+ 5+ years of experience with Epic implementations, advisory roles, or management of Epic teams Strong understanding of multiple Epic modules (e.g., Beaker, MyChart, Ambulatory, Radiant, Resolute)
+ Healthcare IT Expertise: Extensive knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare IT systems, with a deep understanding of Epic’s suite of products and solutions.
+ Experience helping scale or operate Epic consulting teams or practices
+ Excellent communication and advisory skills with both technical and business stakeholders
+ Bachelors Degree
+ Prior Epic consulting and or leadership experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $145,000 to $155,000/annually. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
