    Minimum education qualification

    + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.

    The ideal candidate will have:

    + Minimum3-5 years related experience.

    + Detailorientated with excellent time management skills.

    + Salesforce.comsystem experience

    + Salesforceadmin or equivalent certification required.

    + ServiceCloud Experience

    + FieldOperations Experience

    + SalesCloud Experience

    + Excellentverbal and written communication skills; ability to communicateeffectively with different levels within the organization as well ascollaborate with cross-functional business partners and technical teams.

    + Abilityto gather and transfer requirements from stakeholders into an action planand deliver on that action plan leveraging internal systems as needed.

    + Attentionto detail with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems as wellas provide documentation, guidance, and instruction to users.

    + Stronginterpersonal skills with the ability to research solutions to issues asthey arise.

    + Abilityto manage stakeholder expectations professionally.

    + Abilityto work independently, with general direction and guidance.

    + Self-motivated,flexible, team player with solid multi-tasking, time management &organization expertise with the ability to manage multiple and oftenchanging priorities.

    + Proficientin Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
