Job Description

Pay:** **$21/hr

Shift:

3rd shift 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM 6-2 schedule

A Day in the Life:

+ **Operate Machinery:** Efficiently and safely manage assigned machinery, perform simple maintenance, and make vital adjustments.

+ **Setup and Maintenance:** Participate in line opening and machine setup.

+ **Compliance:** Follow all written procedures and report discrepancies to the Area Supervisor.

+ **Quality Control:** Document accurately and check personal work for quality and compliance. Continuously supervise products for defects.

+ **Process Improvement:** Suggest improvements to improve the production process.

+ **Training:** Assist in training and developing peers.

Education:

+ High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

+ **Required:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting, or related field.

+ **Preferred:** Experience in a cGMP environment.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

+ Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing), including technical and scientific language.

+ Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

Physical Requirements / Work Environment:

+ Ability to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours a day).

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Ability to perform repetitive movements including pushing, pulling, lifting, twisting, bending, grasping, and crouching.
