Job Description

Responsibilities

+ Develop and manage project plans from inception to completion

+ Strong background in managing cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, regulatory, packaging engineering, and supply chain.

+ Monitor project progress and strictly adhere to timelines and budgets

+ Ability to effectively communicate with executive leadership, external partners, and internal technical teams.

+ Identify risks and determine mitigation strategies

+ Share project updates with collaborators clearly and accurately

Requirements

+ 5 or more years proven experience in project management, preferably in a scientific or technical environment

+ Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

+ Strong ability to compete and thrive in a fast-paced setting

+ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $75,000.00–$112,500.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
