    Job Description

    We're seeking a Sr Staff IT Architect with Adobe Experience Platform experience with a strong background in data analytics, modeling, and customer segmentation to join Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. in Pittsburgh. The ideal candidate will help design, implement, and optimize data-driven strategies to improve customer experiences and drive business results. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, data science, and engineering, to deliver tailored solutions

    Key Responsibilities:

    + **AEP Implementation:** Lead and support the implementation, including Customer Data Platform and Experience Cloud services.

    + **Data Strategy & Management:** Design, manage, and implement data integration strategies to unify customer profiles from multiple data sources and ensure data consistency, accuracy, and scalability.

    + **Customer Segmentation:** Develop segmentation strategies using customer data and analytics to deliver personalized and meaningful customer experiences across channels.

    + **Data Modeling & Analytics:** Utilize statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and data analysis techniques to derive actionable insights from large datasets. Apply these models to customer segmentation, journey optimization, and predictive analytics.

    + **Personalization & Audience Targeting:** Design and implement personalized experiences based on behavioral, transactional, and demographic data to optimize audience engagement and conversion.

    + **Teamwork & Customer Management:** Work closely with marketing teams, data scientists, and business analysts to align on business objectives, share insights, and drive data-driven decision-making.

    + **Campaign & Performance Optimization:** Measure and optimize the performance of customer journeys, campaigns, and experiences, using AEP’s reporting tools to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

    + **Training & Support:** Provide training and technical support to internal teams on AEP tools, data modeling, and segmentation strategies.

    Key Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent experience is acceptable. A Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is a plus.

    Experience:

    7+ years of experience in IT architecture and system design.

     

    3+ years of hands-on experience with AEP or similar customer data platforms.

     

    Experience working with large-scale datasets, including data integration, data architecture, and data transformation.

    Skills:

    Proven understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred).

     

    Solid understanding of AEP components such as Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Audience Manager, etc.

     

    Proficiency in data modeling tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data integration techniques (ETL, APIs).

     

    Proficiency in system integration and data architecture.

     

    Capability to analyze multiple systems and offer clear, actionable recommendations for improvement.

     

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical customers.

     

    **Certifications** :

     

    Relevant IT certifications are highly preferred.

    Compensation and Benefits

    The salary range estimated for this position based in North Carolina is $130,000.00–$194,950.00.
