    Job responsibilities

    + Lead and manage all monthly, quarterly and annual FP&A deliverables on behalf of the Customer & Commercial Excellence team.

    + Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for Corporate Accounts Revenue, Functional expenses & Enterprise-wide customer incentives.

    + Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly business review packages in collaboration with the Customer and Commercial Excellence Leadership team.

    + Maintain the monthly calendar of activities and process deliverables and drive proactive communication with key stakeholders.

    + Drive continuous improvement of reporting & analysis processes through partnership with Corporate IT to drive system enhancements and process efficiencies within the Corporate Data Mart.

    + Prepare and Analyze all Corporate FP&A requests.

    + Collaborate across regions and functional teams to provide analytics support for commercial teams to identify opportunities, trends, and insights.

    Job requirements

    + Proven experience in a managerial finance role, preferably within a large organization.

    + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; CPA or MBA or equivalent experience is highly desirable.

    + Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

    + Ability to lead and mentor a finance team, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative environment.

    + Proficiency in financial software and tools.
