    McLaren Health Care (Lansing, MI)


    The Physician Liaison is responsible for managing all aspects of relations between McLaren and the physicians utilizing McLaren, including physician recruitment.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    + Acts as a liaison between physicians, physician offices and McLaren Radiology.

    + Manages in house orientation programs for new physicians.

    + Identifies, develops and implements strategies for recruiting physicians.

    Required:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Marketing or equivalent experience required

    + Minimum of three years experience with physician interaction/relation building in healthcare marketing, recruitment and planning required.

    + Ability to communicate with individuals both within and outside the organization.

    + General knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

    Preferred:

    + Master’s degree
