    HOURS: 12:00 am – 8:30 am - Third Shift

    JOB SUMMARY:

    Ohio CAT is looking to add to our Parts team. The Parts Specialist position will play a vital role in maintaining parts that are critical for our customers. You will pull and pack parts orders, ship, receive, and stock parts received via company shuttle, truck freight, and UPS, and you will prepare outgoing components for our truck, common carrier, and shuttle. They will be expected to perform all related warehouse duties, including accurate counting, receiving and shipping of parts, receiving stock, accounting for warranty items, and building hoses. If you have a background in warehousing, shipping/receiving, and or parts and components, we want to talk with you!

    COMPETENCIES:

    + Must be highly motivated, positive, and willing to function in a team environment.

    + Strong customer orientation is required.

    + Must possess computer proficiency, including Microsoft applications, and familiarity with database environment.

    + Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    + A High School diploma or equivalent is required.

    + Two to Three years of previous warehouse experience is required.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    Lifting/Carrying 40 lbs. Lift/Carry and 50lb pulling; Repetitive Motions Frequent movement requiring hands, wrists, and fingers; Dexterity Normal; Frequent standing/sitting up and down stairs; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
