Equity Analyst – Entry Level

Are you energized by complex problem-solving and building relationships with clients? We’re hiring an Entry-Level Equity Analyst to join a fast-paced financial environment, supporting day-to-day equity trade activity and client servicing.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to launch their career in financial operations, post-trade services, and market support. You'll work behind the scenes to help institutional clients navigate trade flows, settlement, and exception management.

What You’ll Be Doing:

+ Overseeing trade settlement processes and ensuring transactions move seamlessly through the post-trade lifecycle.

+ Acting as the main contact for a group of institutional clients—handling inquiries, resolving trade breaks, and delivering timely support.

+ Researching and troubleshooting discrepancies using internal systems and external communication with brokers.

+ Ensuring data accuracy and escalating issues that may present financial risk or exposure.

+ Collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

+ Analyzing trends and operational pain points to suggest workflow enhancements.

What You’ll Need:

+ Bachelor's degree (required).

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills; you’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders.

+ Excellent attention to detail with a focus on controls and risk awareness.

+ Comfort working under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.).

Preferred:

+ Exposure to trade operations, reconciliations, or settlements.

+ Familiarity with macros, VBA, or advanced Excel functions.
