    We are seeking a meticulous and customer-focused **Fulfillment Coordinator** to join our WOW Team. In this role, you will be at the heart of Chewy’s mission to delight and surprise our customers with personalized packages, from care kits to hand-wrapped gifts. With multiple layers of customization required for each package, this position demands attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Execute a variety of fulfillment tasks, including picking, packing, labeling, gift-wrapping, and shipping orders with precision.

    + Operate standard office and warehouse equipment, such as printers, scanners, laminators, and desktop computers.

    + Maintain high standards of quality and speed to ensure every package exceeds customer expectations.

    + Format, import, and export Excel files between Oracle and ShipStation to ensure flawless data integration.

    + Log and organize shipment data across multiple systems, tying packages to the accurate customer records.

    + Fulfill and manage orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the delivery process.

    + Uphold Chewy’s dedication to personalization by hand-wrapping gifts and tailoring each package to customer needs.

    What You’ll Need:

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic arithmetic.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Familiarity with U.S. postal abbreviations and mailing processes.

    + Ability to operate standard office and warehouse equipment.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and push or pull weights up to 360 lbs.

    + Capability to stand, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

    + Comfortable working in confined spaces and environments with exposure to dust.
