Ortho Sport & Spine Physicians is a leading provider of orthopedic and spine care, committed to clinical excellence, innovation, and patient-centered service. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and proactive eClinicalWorks (eCW) Help Desk Agent to join our IT team. This individual will serve a key role in supporting system users, leading EMR optimization projects, and ensuring our teams are equipped to deliver exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary eClinicalWorks System Administrator. - Customize eClinicalWorks in alignment with agency and program-specific workflows. - Act as co-EMR Patient Safety Officer, in collaboration with eCW Assistant Administrator(s), to monitor system integrity and patient safety standards. - Manage staff account creation and deactivation as needed. - Conduct quality audits and generate reports to assess system usage and compliance. - Provide timely and professional remote and on-site support for clinical and administrative staff, addressing and resolving end-user issues. - Train new and existing users on all aspects of the eClinicalWorks system and its modules. - Maintain and update medical templates to reflect operational and clinical needs. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time or escalate when necessary. - Document all support activities, system changes, and known issues for knowledge sharing and future reference. - Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Operations, and Clinical Leadership on EMR-related initiatives and continuous improvement. Qualifications: - 4+ year of hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (required); system admin-level experience preferred. - Strong understanding of EHR/EMR workflows in a clinical environment. - Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to train, support, and empower users across various levels of technical proficiency. - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate s or bachelor s degree preferred. - Prior experience with system customization, audits, and user access management is a plus.
