    We are actively hiring for a Certified Nursing Assistant II (CNA II) for the Emergency Department at Forsyth Medical Center.

     

    + Schedule : Full-time, 36 hours, 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.

    + Department : Emergency Room (ED)

    + Location : Forsyth Medical Center – Winston Salem, NC

    Qualifications

    + Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.

    + Experience: One year of relevant experience, preferred.

    + Licensure/Certification/Registration:

    + Completion of NA I and NA II programs, required.

    + NA registry as NA I in good standing. Current NAII certification with state. Required.

    + NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.

    + Additional Skills Required: BON Health Care Provider. Medication Safety - AME.

    + Additional Skills Preferred: Basic computer skills for documentation.
