Your Impactful Role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will develop and execute strategic recruitment initiatives to attract and retain top talent for the orthopedic clinic. This role oversees the full-cycle recruitment process, manages employer branding efforts, and ensures a seamless candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Manager will work closely with hiring managers, optimize recruitment workflows, and lead a team of recruiters to support the clinic’s staffing needs.

Responsibilities

+ Determines current staffing needs and produces forecasts.

+ Develops talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.

+ Leads employment branding initiatives.

+ Performs sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.

+ Plans and conducts recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.).

+ Takes steps to ensure positive candidate experience.

+ Assists in employee retention and development.

+ Supervises recruiting personnel.

+ Leads and mentors a team of recruiters, providing training and professional development opportunities.

+ Collaborates with HR and leadership on workforce planning, compensation strategies, and retention initiatives.

+ Stays informed about healthcare industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

+ Manage team members and resources dedicated to talent acquisition.

+ Provide mentorship and guidance to staff, fostering professional growth and development.

+ Monitor team performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Required Skills & Abilities

+ Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and best practices in healthcare recruitment.

+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.

+ Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects while meeting deadlines.

+ Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.

+ Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

+ Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and compliance requirements.

+ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and drive strategic hiring decisions.

+ Leadership and team management skills to guide and develop a high-performing recruitment team.

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.

+ 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.

+ Experience in healthcare recruitment, particularly for clinical roles such as physicians, nurses, and therapists, is preferred.

+ Previous experience managing employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives is a plus.

Physical Demands

+ Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.

+ Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally for filing or retrieving records.

Work Environment

+ The work environment is primarily office-based, with moderate noise levels.

+ Occasional travel may be required for training or organizational initiatives.
