    Summary:

    We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee the program lifecycle of our Embedded Banking partnerships from early-stage business development conversations to on-going program management and oversight. This includes ongoing engagement with clients and prospects as well as expanding upon existing toolsets for reporting and visibility into key business trends of the embedded banking partner. The candidate will be comfortable driving external conversations with key industry connectors, technology partners, prospects, and clients. Additionally, the candidate will be well-versed in working closely with internal stakeholders, i.e., Risk, Compliance, BSA, Deposit Operations, Technology, etc. The candidate will demonstrate competence and confidence when interacting with c-suite executives, fintech founders and executives.

    In this role you will:

    + Foster partner relationships to ensure goals, strategies, and objectives are in place to support the execution of partner programs

    + Have a strong understanding of program and regulatory constructs to support programs efficiently and effectively

    + Develop partner specific strategic plans that align with organizational goals

    + Be a strategic thought leader for our partners on our strategy, policy, products, systems, and processes to drive growth and expansion

    + Lead and coordinate external and internal facing embedded banking partnership meetings, inclusive of managing deliverables, action items, ongoing requests and tracking progress of the opportunities

    + Manage ongoing program management cross-functionally across all internal support areas to ensure program risks or progress metrics are appropriately tracked

    + Assist in the creation and maintenance of program and project management governance materials, including ongoing refinement of pre-screen questionnaires, due diligence, ongoing program management or other internal frameworks

    + Assist in the creation and ongoing management of Embedded Banking KPIs

    + Manage communication of progress/status with the Executive Team, Program Leads and other project stakeholders both external and internal, including identifying project risks and facilitating mitigation of those risks

    + Evaluate current operational processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry best practices

    + Build tactical and scalable solutions for operational teams to manage compliance tasks and risks

    + Maintain awareness of regulatory developments, industry trends and roadmap decisions that may have an impact to the Bank or our partners.

    + Conduct periodic Business Reviews with embedded banking partners working cross functionally to gather feedback from respective SMEs

    + Lead to completion all post approval change requests for aligned partners

    + Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree or level of education that, together with industry experience, enables the applicant to meet the job requirements

    + Minimum 5-7 years of banking, Fintech, and/or new client origination experience

    + Experience with financial products or embedded banking/banking-as-a service preferred

    + Proven track record in customer development and retention and working with all levels of senior management

    + Experiencing working in technology, financial services or fintech.

     

    Compensation & Benefits

     

    The Sr Program Manager - Fintech and Embedded Banking position pay range is $105,000 - $135,000.

    Physical Requirements

    The work environment is typical of a standard office or retail banking setting. The position is sedentary, involving sitting most of the workday; however, the position will involve moving about the workspace to reach entrances/exits, restrooms, conference rooms, or other areas within the work environment. Reaching may be required involving the ability to move arms in any direction. Office equipment, such as a computer and telephone, will be used requiring the ability to manipulate a keyboard, mouse, and/or keypad. The ability to decipher a computer screen or written documents is necessary. The ability to express or exchange ideas; impart information to clients, coworkers, or the public; or to convey detailed or important instructions; is required. The ability to receive and understand detailed information shared through oral or written communication is required.
