    **Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:** $17/hr, Temp to Hire

    What’s a typical day as Patient Care Representative? You’ll be:

     

    + Review and process patients’ enrollment forms to the Patient Assistance Program (PAP)

    + Assist patients on the phone with PAP program enrollment by verifying the pre-screening and qualifying tasks

    + Notify patients and healthcare providers of approvals, denials, and any next steps needed to continue the enrollment process

    + Schedule treatments to be sent to the patient or patient’s healthcare provider

    + Communicate daily with patient/authorized representative on eligibility based on PAP criteria and healthcare providers to manage expectations **This job might be an outstanding fit if you:**

    + Have a high school diploma or equivalent

    + Possess two (2) years of work experience in a customer service or customer-focused role

    + Have one (1) year of work experience in a pharmacy or call center environment

    + Demonstrate a proven ability to provide consistently high-quality service

    + Are empathetic and compassionate with excellent verbal and written communication skills

    + Are well-organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to balance multiple priorities

    + Are adaptable and flexible, able to adjust to changing situations

    + Can work independently and as a member of a team

    + Have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

    Preferred qualifications include:

    + Two recent (2) years of work experience in high inbound Call Center

    + Experience with HIPAA and patient services
