    Wilson Language training is growing and is looking to hire a 2nd shift Production Associate.

     

    This position is responsible for following work orders from their supervisor or team leader on a daily basis. He/she must be able to assemble multi-part sets and kits manually with a low incidence of error. He/she will observe safety and security procedures. He/she will uphold organizational values by treating people with respect. He/she will volunteer readily and will commit to long hours of work when necessary to reach departmental goals.

    Essential Job Functions:

    + Attending to the details of daily work orders.

    + Standing in place for long periods of time.

    + Working on an assembly line.

    + Performing repetitive tasks such as building boxes.

    + Understand and display WLT-s values

    + Other duties as assigned

    + Minimum Requirements

    Skills:

    + Following verbal instructions.

    + Following written instructions.

    + Loading and unloading materials and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds each.

    + Basic math skills

    + Ability to safely operate materials handling equipment

    + Education or Certification:

    + High School graduate or GED

    Experience:

    + 3-6 months of general warehouse experience preferred

     

    Wilson has identified the anticipated pay range for this role based on the many factors that we consider in defining compensation levels for our roles, including market data, and internal equity considerations. Actual pay, and allocation between base and any target discretionary bonus, will vary based on geographic location, education, work experience, skills, market data, and internal equity considerations.
