Palliative Care Physician (Palliative Care)

Utah Valley Hospital – Provo, UT

About this role:

We are searching for a Palliative Care fellowship trained physician to join our Inpatient team of providers at Utah Valley Hospital.

What you’ll bring:

+ MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine

+ Completion of a US-based ACGME accredited residency and Palliative Care fellowship training program

+ Board certification or eligibility in Palliative Care

+ Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one

+ Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

+ Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$7.25 - $999.99
