    Job Description

    The Peer Specialist Supervisor will oversee and support the peer specialist team within the CCBHC and Crisis Services. This role involves providing supervision, guidance, and training to ensure high-quality peer support services. The supervisor will also collaborate with other team members to enhance service delivery and promote recovery-oriented practices. Recovery Coach training a plus. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills required.
