**Title:** Volunteer Specialist

**Facility:** Morton Plant North Bay Hospital

Responsibilities & Required Skills:

+ Responsibilities include all aspects of the volunteer program.

+ Coordinating with the Volunteer Manager to support program needs including auditing volunteer files, scheduling volunteers for services without a staff liaison or Chairman.

+ Assisting with new volunteer orientation.

+ Providing daily supervision and direction for volunteers.

+ Other duties as assigned.

Education:

+ Required - High School or Equivalent

+ Preferred - Associates Degree in Human Services

Experience:

+ Required - 1 Year in Related Field

+ Preferred - Previous Experience Working Directly with Volunteers
