    Job Description

    Danfoss is looking for a full time (40 hours per week) Supply Chain Project Manager for their Loves Park, IL location. The role i _s r_ _esponsible for leading teams on New Product Introduction, Operations, and Technology projects, including developing new products and setting up manufacturing lines globally.     Job Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities will be:

    + Define project objectives, project scope, roles, responsibilities

    + Define resource requirements and manage resource availability & allocation

    + Outline budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget

    + Prepare detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams, and activities

    + Manage delivery of the project according to plan

    + Track project and provide regular reports on project status to project team and stakeholders

    + Manage and adjust for changes in project scope, schedule, or budget

    + Identify and mitigate potential risks

    + Manage relationships and communication with team and stakeholders

    Background & Skills

    + Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering plus 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment supporting production of electro-mechanical assemblies and new product introduction to Supply Chain and Operations including leading cross-functional projects within the constraints of ISO, TS16949, and/or IATF quality systems.

    + In lieu of bachelor’s degree plus 5 years experience, master’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering plus 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment supporting production of electro-mechanical assemblies and new product introduction to Supply Chain and Operations including leading cross-functional projects within the constraints of ISO, TS16949, and/or IATF quality systems.

    + 2 years experience with project execution methods (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
