• Divisional Biomedical Services Manager

    **Role Overview:** As a Divisional Technical Services Manager, you'll lead and support Technical Service Managers, Supervisors, Biomedical Technicians, and Field Service Technicians across multiple sites and states. You'll drive clinical engineering services, ensure accurate customer records and billing, and participate in revenue growth activities.

     

    Region Covered: Georgia, Tennessee, Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina. Position can be located in any of these states.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + **Program Implementation:** Support biomed program implementation, lead weekly calls, and train new team members.

    + **Customer Relations:** Build relationships, assist sales with data for reviews, ensure accurate billing, and support revenue growth.

    + **Hiring & Training:** Identify staffing needs, hire and train new employees, and lead managers and supervisors.

    + **Field Support & Projects:** Improve operations, perform quality audits, and serve as the "Voice of the Field."

    Required Experience:

    + Expertise in business and financial management, contract and budget management, and P&L experience.

    + Advanced computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

    + Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.

    + Ability to multi-task and travel up to 90% of the time.

    + Effective communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

    Required Skills & Abilities:

    + Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, electronics, or related field preferred.

    + 7-10 years of professional experience in healthcare.

    + Knowledge of hospital operations, JCAHO, DNV GL, and high-end modalities like Anesthesia and Diagnostic Imaging.

    + Valid driver's license.
