Role: OpsRamp Implementation Technical Consultant

Duration: long-term with possible extension

Pay range: $80- $84/hr

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- USPS clearance required

• Experience in deploying and configuring OpsRamp or other IT Operations Management platforms.

• Good VMware vSphere Administration experience, understanding of ESX, vCenter services, vDS, VMs and appliances.

• Versed with monitoring and alerting systems including SNMP v1,v3 MIBS

• Experienced with variety of compute / storage and network devices in infrastructure, out of band management interfaces, Management UI and command line config / troubleshooting.

• Should have good troubleshooting and documentation skills required with experience in writing Runbooks / process guides docs.

• Able to handle automation scripts to execute and tweak when required. In Shell / Python / Powershell.

Responsibility:

The OpsRamp implementation technical consultant will be responsible for the deployment, integration, documentation, and maintenance of OpsRamp into the customer environment partnering with other professional services engineers. The work will involve producing a low-level design for the production environment in the clients environment as well as the roll out to numerous sites.
