    Our client, a leading organization in the beverage industry, is seeking a Site Safety Manager to join their team. As a Site Safety Manager, you will be part of the safety department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Site Safety Manager

    **Location:** Elmsford, NY

    **Pay Range:** $85,000.00 - $105,000.00

    **Hours** : 8am-5pm

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Partner with the Plant Manager to define, build, monitor, and continuously improve the safety culture.

    + Create and develop training tools and processes to enhance safety capabilities and performance.

    + Develop annual safety performance goals and create management routines to improve safety outcomes.

    + Implement systems and policies that assess risk, drive accountability, and monitor safety performance.

    + Leverage data and assessments to identify risks and implement corrective actions to prevent incidents.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in a safety-related field or equivalent experience.

    + Minimum of 3+ years of field safety experience in a manufacturing setting.

    + Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards.

    + Effective verbal and written communication skills across diverse audiences.

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong time management skills.
