    Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking Manufacturing Associates to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting various production lines. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to quality.

     

    _Job Title: Manufacturing Associates Wanted_

     

    _Location: Scott County Indiana_

     

    _Pay Range: $17 - $18 per hour_

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Working as a part of a team to ensure efficient production processes.

    + Loading and unloading very light weight parts for inspection.

    + Resetting alarms and completing minor paperwork for counts.

    + Engaging in various tasks throughout the day

    + Maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail throughout the production process.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or inspection role preferred.

    + Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

    + Strong multitasking skills to handle various responsibilities.

    + Experience with quality control and inspection processes is a plus.

    + Willingness to work 1st or 2nd shift, with shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hour days.

    + Ability to work mandatory overtime as needed.
